- Administrative support and daily store operations
- Customer service, sales assistance, and after-sales support
- Maintaining organization of documents, orders, and internal processes
- Assisting customers in-store and online
- Supporting the sales team with follow-ups and client relationships
Requirements
- Advanced English (spoken and written)
- Strong customer relationship and communication skills
- Experience with sales and/or administrative tasks is highly regarded
- Well-organised, responsible, and punctual
- Professional attitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
