• Oversee customer service delivery, addressing any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock control to minimise waste and maximise profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food hygiene standards.
• Analyse sales data and operational reports to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop marketing strategies and promotional activities.

Requirements
