作为我们新加坡子公司的人力资源与行政核心成员,您将全面负责人事与行政运营,确保团队高效运转,具体职责包括: As the key HR and Admin pillar of our Singapore subsidiary, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR and administrative operations to ensure team efficiency. Key responsibilities include:

职责 | Responsibilities
  • 人力资源全流程管理 | End-to-End HR Operations
  • 管理人力资源运营职能,包括招聘、入职、在职管理与离职流程。Manage HR operational functions including recruitment, onboarding, in-service management, and offboarding processes.
  • 与关键业务部门合作,理解并阐明其人才需求与期望。Work with key business stakeholders to understand and articulate their talent needs and expectations.
  • 利用领英招聘账号、招聘网站、猎头及其他招聘渠道寻访与甄选候选人。Identify and source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, career portals, headhunters, and other recruitment channels.
  • 负责入职前准备,包括准备录用通知书、申请相关工作准证(如Employment Pass, S Pass)。Handle pre-boarding preparations, such as preparing offer letters and applying for relevant work passes (e.g., Employment Pass, S Pass).
  • 在新员工入职首日进行入职培训,为其创建系统档案,并及时更新HR系统中的员工个人记录。Conduct onboarding orientation for new hires, set up their profiles, and update employee personal records in the HR system promptly.
  • 跟踪并管理员工试用期转正截止日、工作准证续签到期日等关键日期。Track and monitor key dates such as employee confirmation deadlines and work pass renewal expiry dates.
  • 处理各类人事行政文件,如录用信、转正信、在职证明等。Handle administrative documentation such as offer letters, confirmation letters, employment certification letters, etc.
  • 负责新员工的保险开户及离职员工的保险注销事宜。Oversee the insurance enrollment for new employees and termination of coverage for resigning employees.
  • 行政与运营支持 | Administration & Operational Support
  • 管理商务差旅安排,包括机票酒店预订及签证申请。Manage business travel arrangements including flight and hotel bookings, and visa applications.
  • 处理亚洲区域员工的月度薪资核算。Process payroll for employees in the Asia region.
  • 负责新加坡个人所得税(IRAS)申报、中央公积金(CPF)月度缴纳,以及其他政府相关的休假申请(如育儿假、产假、陪产假)。Responsible for income tax (IRAS) submissions, monthly Central Provident Fund (CPF) contributions, and processing of government-leave applications (e.g., Childcare, Maternity, Paternity Leave).
  • 管理办公室门禁权限的分配与回收,维护办公室设施、家具,监督办公环境清洁,并补充茶水间物资。Manage office access rights for new and departing staff. Maintain office fixtures and furniture, oversee office cleaning, and replenish pantry supplies.
  • 员工关系与活动 | Employee Relations & Engagement
  • 策划并执行员工活动与公司年度活动,以提升员工敬业度。Plan and execute employee engagement activities and company annual events.
  • 解答员工有关人事政策、行政流程等方面的咨询。Answer employee queries regarding HR policies and administrative procedures.
  • 完成上级指派的其他临时性工作。Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.


任职要求 | Qualifications
  • 拥有商业管理、人力资源或相关领域的学士学位,并具备至少2年相关工作经验。Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or related disciplines, with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • 必须具备实际的端到端招聘经验及独立的薪资处理经验。Proven hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and independent payroll processing is required.
  • 精通英语和中文(普通话),能作为工作语言进行流利的书面及口头沟通。Proficient in both English and Chinese (Mandarin), capable of using both as working languages for fluent written and verbal communication.
  • 熟悉新加坡的《雇佣法案》、中央公积金(CPF)及税务相关法规。Familiar with Singapore's Employment Act, Central Provident Fund (CPF) regulations, and tax-related legislation.
  • 积极主动,注重细节,具备出色的跨部门沟通能力和多任务处理能力。Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with excellent cross-departmental communication and multi-tasking skills.
  • 有在初创或快速发展的跨国环境中工作经验者优先。Prior experience in a start-up or fast-paced multinational environment is a plus.
