The CompanyOur client is a well-established family-owned Agricultural dealership group with several dealerships located in the Wheatbelt Region of Western Australia. They have been operating for over 50 years and due to continued growth are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to join their team. This role will be supporting the sales and service of a varied range of new and used machinery, predominantly suited to large scale broad acre farming, including but not limited to:
- Harvesters
- Tractors
- Sprayers
- Seeding & Tillage Equipment
- Hay & Silage Equipment
About the RoleAs the Branch Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the success of the dealership by leading a high-performing team and ensuring exceptional service delivery across all departments. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the daily operations of sales, service, and parts departments.
- Handling customer enquiries across all product lines, ensuring timely resolutions and excellent communication.
- Building and leading a motivated team focused on customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Facilitating regular team meetings, training sessions, and systems updates.
- Supporting marketing campaigns and promotional activities using available manufacturer programs.
- Liaising with OEMs to confirm current promotions and sales initiatives.
- Developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant OH&S regulations and internal company policies.
- Monitoring and managing order backlogs and inventory levels.
- Updating customers on any delays or changes to product deliveries.
- Using internal systems to track KPIs, sales targets, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Offering alternate machinery solutions when required to meet customer needs.

About YouYou are an experienced leader within the agricultural industry, ideally with prior dealership experience in either Branch, Sales, Parts, or Service Management. You understand the challenges and opportunities of regional operations and thrive in a customer-facing role where operational excellence and team leadership go hand in hand.
- Experience in agricultural machinery or equipment dealership essential.
- Demonstrated leadership and team development capabilities.
- Familiarity with dealership management systems such as Equip or equivalent is advantageous.
- Previous experience with CRM systems such as OnePage or equivalent is highly regarded.
- Located in or willing to relocate to the Wheatbelt Region of WA.
- Candidates already in Australia with valid work rights will be prioritised for visa sponsorship.

RemunerationThis role offers a
