Job Description & Summary
As Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. The skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:
- Perform, monitor and/or review customers due diligence, onboarding of customers to assure compliance with the AML rules and requirements.
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of accounts and opportunities for purposes of onboarding, risk management and KYC assessment through Salesforce.
- Provide advice and guidance to employees on compliance-related matters.
- Develop and deliver compliance training programs to employees.
- Complete the annual compliance monitoring program.
- Any other compliance related matters and ad-hoc projects.
Skills and Experience Required
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 5 years of experience in Compliance in a investment bank or External Audit.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good understanding of MAS regulatory compliance requirements; including but not limited related applicable laws and industry best practice.
