Seeking Experienced Construction Worker / Supervisor

Hi I am seeking a worker who can come and join our small building company Must have a vast knowledge of the Building construction industry, Preferably a trade qualification. The Ability to work Un - supervised where required. Willing to work night shifts. Happy to switch from different roles in the job eg- Carpentry Shop fitting Minor demolition Builder Assistant Supermarket shelf building Pushing barrows for concrete Paving repairs Working night shifts Various General Site works & Site Supervisory Position Night shift Supervision The suitable candidate will be trained as a hands on Site Supervisor to fit in and run small projects with us both on day shift & night shift duty Trained in the responsibility of; The work site, The other workers The subcontractors, Follow work schedules Manage time frames Manage site safety , & Respect Company image The suitable candidate once accepted will be given a company vehicle, good hourly rate with night shift penalties Training will be provided as needed; Forklift , EWP, Manual Handling, First Aid, Basic Demolition Working at Heights The ability to drive confidently with Ute and trailers and to reverse Utes and trailers for materials pickups will be an advantage Open to Visa sponsorship for the right candidate Access to regional & 88 days works can be offered for the mid west projects 90% metro work 10% regional The company is based in city but the work is all over metro area Hit me a msg if this interested you ,
