• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role at a quality venue
• Relevant qualifications in wine or hospitality
• Strong knowledge of wine, food, and beverage service
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Proven ability to meet and exceed service standards and goals
• Experience with systems and procedures for efficient operations
• Full understanding of RSA requirements and compliance
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage competing priorities
• Full Australian working rights
• Availability for night and weekend shifts
• Immediate start preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Support and lead a high-performing team
• Manage rosters within budget
• Train and develop staff to uphold service standards
• Assist in planning and delivering events and functions
• Conduct stocktakes and manage wine list orders
• Provide professional service and resolve customer issues effectively
• Oversee bookings and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
