Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating repair status clearly and professionally.
• Resolve customer issues and handle escalations effectively to ensure satisfaction.
• Engage in sales opportunities by learning to upsell electronic products, accessories, and services.
• Perform hands-on repairs primarily on smartphones, laptops, computers, and gaming consoles.
• Execute core services including screen and battery replacements, component-level board diagnostics, and data recovery.
• Prepare service reports and maintain accurate maintenance records.

Requirements

• Commitment: Must be willing to commit to the role for long term.
• Experience: None required.
• Attitude: Strong willingness to learn new technologies and processes.

Skills:

• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Logical troubleshooting capabilities.
• Clear communication in English (written and verbal).

Compensation

• Salary: $18 per hour.
