Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Czech Speaking Order Support Specialist to join a leading global technology company in Lisbon, Portugal. In this role, you will manage back-office logistics and resolve complex issues related to online orders for the Czech market. Your primary goal will be to oversee order progression from induction to delivery, ensuring smooth fulfillment and a seamless customer experience.

Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Handle operational escalations from customer-facing teams and resolve complex issues regarding online orders.
  • Manage the end-to-end order lifecycle, swiftly addressing exceptions such as product modifications, delivery disruptions, and Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs).
  • Coordinate closely with internal business partners to troubleshoot backend issues, aiming to resolve bottlenecks efficiently without involving the end customer.
  • Perform detailed investigations and make independent decisions that directly impact partner and customer relationships.
  • Communicate resolution updates directly to customers via phone and email when necessary.
  • Document all actions, adjustments, and updates in SAP with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Your Qualifications

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in Czech (C1/C2 level) and proficient in English (B2 level).
  • Technical Skills: Prior knowledge of SAP software is considered a plus, though comprehensive training is provided.
  • Experience: Proven experience working in a back-office or logistics environment with a strong focus on data accuracy and customer satisfaction.
  • Core Competencies: Strong attention to detail, proactive problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work efficiently under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
  • Autonomy: Ability to work independently and make rule-based operational decisions with minimal supervision.

Shifts & Working Hours

  • Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week), operating Monday to Sunday.
  • Shift Pattern: Scheduled on a rotating shift model between 07:00 and 24:00. Flexible availability is required to manage changing order volumes, which may include occasional overtime.

Salary, Bonuses & Benefits

  • Base Salary Options:
    • €1,060.50 Gross per month (with company-rented accommodation included).
    • €1,260.00 Gross per month (without company-provided accommodation).
