Full-Stack Software Engineers with a
deep backend focus (~70%) to help scale the companies core AI platform. You’ll work directly with our founder and product team to build distributed systems, launch features end-to-end, and shape the future of AI agents.
This is an
in-person role in San Francisco (4–5 days/week, Wednesday optional).
What You’ll Do - Design, build, and ship backend-leaning full-stack features using Node.js, TypeScript, React, GraphQL, GCP, and Kubernetes
- Architect and scale distributed systems (microservices, queues, caching, observability)
- Debug and optimize complex systems for resilience and performance
- Own features end-to-end: requirements, code, testing, deployment, and monitoring
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and leadership in a high-ownership environment
- Contribute to AI/LLM integrations powering the companies intelligent agent platform
What We’re Looking For - 3–8 years of full-stack engineering experience, with strong backend expertise
- Production experience with Node.js, TypeScript, React, and GraphQL
- Experience designing or operating distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (GCP, Kubernetes), caching, and queues
- Proven ability to thrive in startup or scale-up environments with high ownership and urgency
- Strong communication skills — able to articulate complex technical trade-offs clearly
- SF Bay Area–based or willing to relocate; comfortable with on-site work culture
Nice to Have - Redis, Kafka, Pub/Sub, gRPC, Terraform, or CI/CD experience
- Prior founding engineer or early-stage startup experience (0→1 product ownership)
- AI/LLM integration or ML pipeline experience

- Salary: $150K–$200K
