Position Type: Full Time, On-site
Salary: $16-$20/hour + commission Location: Houston & San Jose
What You Will Do:￮ Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to assess their talent requirements and develop job descriptions.￮ Identify, interview and screen all levels of candidates to determine theirqualifications, experience and knowledge in relation to our client’s positionrequirements, while also considering their cultural fit for the working environment.￮ Execute search strategies across a variety of technical recruiting tools;including LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice and Monster.￮ Provide creative and innovative recruiting techniques to source qualified professionals through employee referrals, social media, user group events, etc.￮ Screen and revise resumes; submit candidates to clients; track information and guide candidates through interviews.￮ Keep up to date on staffing industry trends as well as trends within clients to ensure relevance.
