PACE ARCHITECTS are seeking a LOCAL experienced
Graduate Architects / Architectural Draftsperson to work in with our professional team in construction documentation across major industrial projects across Australia.This is a key technical role within the practice. You will work closely with Project Leaders and other Technicians, to ensure accurate, efficient and buildable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities- BIM modelling across multiple projects
- Produce and manage detailed construction documentation packages
- Coordinate consultant models and resolve clashes proactively
- Review shop drawings and assist with technical coordination
- Ensure documentation aligns with NCC and Australian Standards
- Undertake site visits and assist with construction phase support
- Contribute to improving internal Revit standards and workflows
About You- 3+ years’ strong Revit documentation experience
- Moderate/High-level proficiency in Revit (modelling, detailing and documentation)
- Moderate understanding of buildability and consultant coordination
- Moderate knowledge of NCC and Australian Standards
- Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
- Tertiary qualification in Architecture / Architectural Technology or equivalent industry experience
Industrial sector experience is highly regarded but not essential.
