Job Description – Retail ManagerWe are a well-established trophy and awards retail shop located in West Ryde, NSW, specialising in trophies, medals, plaques, engraving, and custom awards. We are seeking an experienced Retail Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our store.This is a full-time, ongoing role suited to a hands-on manager who can lead a small team, manage store operations, and ensure excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily retail store operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Supervise, train, and roster staff
• Drive sales performance and achieve store targets
• Provide high-quality customer service, including handling custom trophy and engraving orders
• Manage stock control, inventory ordering, and supplier coordination
• Oversee POS transactions, cash handling, and basic sales reporting
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and after-sales support
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements

Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in retail management or senior retail supervision
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Ability to manage staff, stock, and customer service effectively
• Experience in a specialty or small retail business is highly regarded

Salary:$76,800 + superannuation, based on skills and experience.
