We are looking for a passionate and experienced
Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, take pride in producing high-quality dishes, and enjoy working as part of a professional team, we'd love to hear from you.This is a six day per week position predominantly consisting of dinner service only closed on Sundays.Some weeks vary due to functions and events.Our kitchen is modern and well maintained.Accommodation is available in a private studio unit at a nominal charge.Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in your designated section.
- Ensure food is prepared to the highest standards of quality, consistency, and presentation.
- Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and inventory control.
- Support and mentor junior kitchen staff.
- Work collaboratively with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef ready to progress.
- Sound knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- A positive attitude and commitment to excellence.
- Relevant food safety certification (preferred or required, depending on local regulations).
Pay: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per yearBenefits:
