Centre Manager

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Centre Manager to join our Montessori Early Years Learning and Care Centre team! About you:

• Must have experience as a Centre Director.
• Must have a sound understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations to ensure compliance at all times.
• Must have excellent working knowledge of the EYLF and NQF
• Must have the ability to build respectful and professional working relationships with parents, families and colleagues.
• Must be a positive team player with a can-do attitude!

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the Centre
• Ensure that policies and procedures are implemented and followed
• Lead, mentor and motivate a team of educators in providing the highest quality service and care to Western Australian families.
