Guest Engagement Associate

Begin date: 3/31/2026 Full Time: Yes Number of Workers Requested: 2 Job Duties: ***RFI Response*** Ensure adherence to rules and safety procedures would pertain to rules from OSHA (making sure chemical labeling is correct and in place), local food and beverage safety adherences such as washing hands and wiping down surfaces. Follow the provided checklists to follow to ensure compliance. Maintain inventory of equipment, including storage, retrieval, assembly, and disassembly as needed include amenity equipment such as basketballs, volleyballs, shuffleboard, horseshoes, and tennis balls and nets. Arrange, organize, and execute activities, entertainment, and events throughout the resort includes executing activities that are already planned and organized with all materials provided such as arts & crafts, bingo, and ice cream socials. Facilitate food service by prepping and serving to go orders in a quick service food environment, using a convection oven to heat premade flatbread pizzas, burgers, and fries. Prepping means setting up the food line and breaking it down daily. ***Original F.a.2*** Ensure adherence to rules and safety procedures across all guest areas of the resort, including arcades, pool decks, activities, and retail areas. Maintain inventory of equipment, including storage, retrieval, assembly, and disassembly as needed. Arrange, organize, and execute activities, entertainment, and events throughout the resort. Provide excellent customer service in relation to guest activities. Handle cash and credit card transactions in retail outlets using electronic scanners, cash registers, or related equipment. Facilitate food service by prepping and serving to go orders. Replenish supplies such as linens, silverware, glassware, dishes, and restock food items. Enter and locate work-related information using computers and point of sale systems. Job Classification: 39-9032.00 - Recreation Workers Experience Required: No Special Requirements: Follow all safety precautions and sanitation policies/guidelines. Stand, bend, and walk repetitively during the entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs. Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check, paid by employer and applied equally to all workers, U.S. and foreign/H-2B. Must be able to work weekends and holidays, when required. Fluent English skills required. Multiple shifts offered based on business needs. Applicants must complete an employment application.
