As a Manager or Senior Manager in our market leading Deals Transaction Services team, you’ll play a vital role in leading due diligence and advisory projects, helping clients to confidently navigate complex transactions and understand the financial DNA of businesses to make informed decisions. You’ll partner with global and domestic private equity funds, infrastructure funds, ASX listed and large privately owned corporate clients providing high-quality financial due diligence and enabling informed decisions that maximise outcomes in sales or acquisitions.

What you’ll do:- Lead and deliver sharp, commercially focused financial due diligence, producing high‑quality insights and reports that support major transactions and maximise value for our clients
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, turning analytical findings into clear strategies and actionable recommendations
- Run complex buy-side and sell-side engagements, dissecting financial performance, key value drivers and risks to inform critical deal decisions
- Build a deep understanding of client businesses and sectors, equipping clients with confident, data‑driven insights that accelerate deal success
- Harness PwC’s cutting-edge tools — including AI and advanced analytics — to enhance how you work, elevate the client experience and grow your digital capability
- Lead, coach and empower junior team members, providing constructive feedback and creating an inclusive, high‑performing team culture
- Shape the direction of our Transaction Services practice, using your commercial acumen and leadership to drive transformative deals and lasting impact
What we’re looking for:- Team player with a positive “can do” attitude to challenges who is able to work under pressure across multiple engagements
- Background in transaction services, assurance services (e.g. external audit), corporate finance or valuations
- Proficiency in using digital tools and emerging technologies in financial analysis.
- Able to analyse complex financial information and communicate findings in a clear, concise, and understandable manner to clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Strong commercial and business acumen to understand market trends, assess business opportunities, and provide strategic insights that enhance client value.
- Act with integrity and show care for the people you work with
- Demonstrate an ability to develop lasting internal and client relationships
- Professional accounting qualifications and/or degree in commerce/finance, CA/CPA, CFA Finsia, MBA, Masters in Finance, Applied Finance, or similar
