• Prepare and cook South Indian dishes to a high standard
• Run a section during service with consistency and speed
• Follow established recipes and systems
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in your section
• Work closely with a structured, experienced team

What we are looking for

• Minimum 3–5 years experience in an Indian kitchen
• Strong understanding of South Indian flavours and techniques
• Ability to handle busy dinner service without loss of quality
• Reliable, calm, and disciplined in service
• Pride in consistency and presentation
