About the roleJoin the passionate team at Treehouse Early Learning Manly as an Educator. We have a part-time role Early Childhood Teacher Role ( up to 37.5 hours per week ) based in Manly, Queensland 4179 and is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young children. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children in an engaging and nurturing environment.What you'll be doing

• Plan and deliver educational programs that support the physical, social, emotional and cognitive development of children
• Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment for children
• Observe and document children's progress, interests and developmental needs
• Collaborate with families to understand and meet the individual needs of each child
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
• Actively participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities

What we're looking for

• Batchelor of Education ( Early Childhood ) qualification or working towards
• Previous experience working as an Educator/Early Childhood Teacher in a childcare or early learning setting
• Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate learning experiences
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Passion for making a positive difference in the lives of young children
