Sous Chef – Italian Cuisine (Full-Time)We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sous Chef with a strong background in Italian cooking to join our fast-paced and professional kitchen.This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled chef who is passionate about Italian food, thrives in a high-volume environment, and is ready to take on a leadership role within a growing restaurant group. About the RoleWorking closely with the Head Chef, you will support the day-to-day running of the kitchen and help lead the team to consistently deliver high-quality dishes. You will also be responsible for managing the kitchen independently on the Head Chef’s days off, ensuring standards and service flow are maintained at all times. Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and execute Italian dishes to a high standard
  • Perform efficiently in a fast-paced service environment
  • Lead and support the kitchen team during service
  • Maintain strong preparation and time management practices
  • Ensure consistency, cleanliness, and food safety standards
  • Assist with ordering, stock control, and kitchen organisation
  • Run a busy kitchen confidently when required
