About the RoleWorking closely with the
Head Chef, you will support the day-to-day running of the kitchen and help lead the team to consistently deliver high-quality dishes. You will also be responsible for managing the kitchen independently on the Head Chef’s days off, ensuring standards and service flow are maintained at all times.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and execute Italian dishes to a high standard
- Perform efficiently in a fast-paced service environment
- Lead and support the kitchen team during service
- Maintain strong preparation and time management practices
- Ensure consistency, cleanliness, and food safety standards
- Assist with ordering, stock control, and kitchen organisation
- Run a busy kitchen confidently when required
