Bar Attendant/Supervisor

Ensure customers are served in a timely & professional manner. Supervising/training of new employees & general cleaning of work areas. Back office & banking. Tasks Ø Supervising & training of Food and Beverage employees Ø Ensuring that all customers are served in professional & timely manner Ø General cleaning of work area Ø Taking bookings & liasing with clients Ø General waiting duties Ø Preparing of garnishes, mixing & serving a range of drinks Ø Taking drink & food orders Ø Cleaning of the Bar, Tables and Beer Garden areas Ø Collecting of glasses Ø Cleaning & care of glasses and equipment Ø Opening & closing duties Ø Practising & following workplace health & safety procedures Ø Cash Handing, EFTPOS & Till use Ø Banking & some back office computer work Ø Ordering Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 – $82,225.54 per year Benefits:
