🧠 Prompt Engineer – Germany📍 Location: Berlin / Munich / Frankfurt (Hybrid / Remote) 💼 Type: Full-time🚀 About the RoleWe’re looking for a creative and technically skilled Prompt Engineer to design, test, and optimise prompts for cutting-edge AI systems (LLMs). You’ll play a key role in shaping how AI interacts with users and delivers value.💼 What You’ll Do

• Design and optimise prompts for LLMs (GPT, Claude, etc.)
• Improve AI output quality, accuracy, and consistency
• Collaborate with AI engineers, product, and data teams
• Test and evaluate different prompt strategies
• Build workflows for AI automation and use cases
• Analyse outputs and refine prompt performance

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Experience working with LLMs / Generative AI tools
• Strong understanding of prompt design & NLP concepts
• Basic coding skills (Python / APIs) are a plus
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to experiment and iterate quickly
• Background in AI, linguistics, or tech is a plus
• Fluent in English (German is a bonus)
