Your responsibilities- Support banking customers via phone, chat and email

Your profile- EU citizenship or valid work permit or residency card required
- Native level of French and business proficiency in English

Working conditions- Long-term fixed-term contract, renewable annually
- Full-time position of 40 hours per week with rotating shifts depending on the project
Compensation and benefits- With accommodation: 1040 € gross per month, shared flat with bills included
- Without accommodation: 1240 € gross per month
For international candidates- Reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 9 months
