"Hiring" Fit Technician (Experienced)

• Conduct thorough assessments of candidates’ fit requirements through detailed measurements and evaluations
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific role needs and tailor fitting procedures accordingly
• Utilize specialized tools and equipment to ensure accurate sizing and fitting of products or equipment
• Maintain meticulous records of all fitting activities, measurements, and candidate data for future reference
• Communicating with overseas vendors and factories to ensure that our fit standards are met
• Assist in training new team members on fitting procedures and quality standards
• fit comments and fit specifications to guide production teams

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Fit Technician or in a similar role with a strong background in fitting, sizing, or assessment processes
• 2+ years of experience as a Fit Technician (apparel industry)
• Strong communication skills to clearly explain fitting procedures and collaborate effectively with team members
• Proficiency with relevant tools, measurement devices, and software applications used in fitting assessments
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy
• Knowledge of safety protocols related to equipment handling and measurement techniques
• Nice-to-have skills include familiarity with ergonomic assessment tools or experience in technical troubleshooting
