Job Description:
Permanent (Full Time) Pay Rate: $111,000 to $170,836/Yearly. Competitive salary range based on experience and training (to be discussed at interview). Candidates who applied directly with Client will be rejected, No need to re-apply. Summary:
  • State-of-the-art facility with a 70-bed, Level-III NICU.
  • The health system has two facilities and 7000 deliveries per year.
  • Cape Coral Hospital provides a Level-I low-risk delivery service.
  • Primary responsibilities include providing attending coverage at our Level-III NICU.
  • All subspecialty services available (except cardiovascular surgery and ECMO) and high-risk delivery service coverage.
  • In-house call and 24-hour NNP coverage.
  • Level-I coverage includes well baby care and back-up coverage from home.
  • Team of 10 neonatologists and 10 NNPs.

Submission Requirements
  • Master's Degree (minimum) and/or Doctorate in Nursing Required
  • NNP - Board Certified Required
  • Active FL License Required
  • 2+ years of experience as NNP Required
  • Does the provider require visa support - J1 or H1B? Required

Certification Requirements
  • Board Certified

State License Requirements
  • Florida State License
