Manufacturing Engineer

ResMed Inc is a global giant listed on both the ASX and NYSE, specializing in cloud-connected medical devices for sleep apnea, COPD, and chronic respiratory diseases.A Manufacturing Engineer at ResMed is responsible for designing, improving, and supporting the manufacturing processes used to produce medical devices such as CPAP machines and respiratory equipment. Typical job responsibilitiesDesign and improve manufacturing processes and production lines.Support new product introduction (NPI) from prototype through full-scale production.Troubleshoot manufacturing issues to improve quality and reduce downtime.Work with design, quality, and supply chain teams.Develop manufacturing documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.Ensure compliance with quality standards and medical device regulations.Analyze production data to improve efficiency, yield, and cost.Lead or support automation and continuous improvement projects using Lean or Six Sigma principles. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, Industrial, or a related Engineering discipline.Typically 3-5 years of manufacturing engineering experience for experienced roles.Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, CAD, process validation, and root cause analysis is highly valued.Experience in medical devices, electronics, automotive, or other regulated manufacturing environments is an advantage.Pay: $7,900.00 – $10,000.00 per monthBenefits:
