About the Role:
Our kitchen caters for everything from casual dining to large formal events. We need an enthusiastic and energetic chef who can deliver outstanding food across multiple service styles while maintaining high culinary and hygiene standards. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present meals to a high standard
• Cater to special dietary requirements
• Maintain strict health and hygiene practices
• Manage a designated station based on experience and qualifications, with rotation across stations for full kitchen exposure
• Assist in menu planning and purchasing of supplies
• Work collaboratively as part of a committed kitchen team

Requirements:

• Minimum three years of relevant work experience
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or higher qualification)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
