Responsibilities- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards under the supervision of a qualified teacher.
- Create a stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
- Assess and evaluate student progress through various methods, including tests, assignments, and observations in collaboration with a qualified teacher.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and communicate their progress to parents or guardians.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching strategies and share best practices.
- Maintain classroom discipline and manage student behaviour effectively.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and methodologies.
- Support students’ social, emotional, and academic growth through mentorship and guidance.
Requirements- A recognised Bachelor's degree is essential, with at least two years of teaching experience.
- Strong understanding of the curriculum relevant to the teaching level.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans tailored to various learning styles.
- Experience in classroom management techniques is preferred.
- A commitment to fostering an inclusive environment for all students.
