Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met while driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong ability to analyse market trends to identify opportunities for expansion. You will play a crucial role in leading sales initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organisational goals. Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Analyse market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Lead sales presentations and negotiations, effectively communicating the value of our products and services.
  • Utilise Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and report on performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.

Experience
  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably as an Account Manager or similar position.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving targets.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail in assessing market data.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM tools is highly desirable.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
