Task & Responsibilities

• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Inclusive of others and brings a positive attitude every day
• Keen interest in and/or passion for embedding and modelling the RIE approach
• Open to our innovative and unique way of programming and practice and ready to implement contemporary, evidence-informed pedagogy
• Ability and motivation to build positive relationships and meaningful connections with other Early Childhood professionals, families, children and the wider community
• Enthusiastic and dedicated professional who is relentless in the pursuit of excellence for children and willing to grow with the service.

Qualification & Experience

• Valid NSW Working with Children Check
• Early Childhood qualification that is nationally approved by ACECQA
• Current relevant First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates as well as Child Protection training (or willing to obtain/refresh as required)
• Minimum of 3 years full-time, post qualification work experience as a Team Leader, or considerable experience as an Educator in an Early Childhood setting.

Lead Educator salary is $73,150 plus Superannuation.
