Task & Responsibilities
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Inclusive of others and brings a positive attitude every day
- Keen interest in and/or passion for embedding and modelling the RIE approach
- Open to our innovative and unique way of programming and practice and ready to implement contemporary, evidence-informed pedagogy
- Ability and motivation to build positive relationships and meaningful connections with other Early Childhood professionals, families, children and the wider community
- Enthusiastic and dedicated professional who is relentless in the pursuit of excellence for children and willing to grow with the service.
Qualification & Experience
- Valid NSW Working with Children Check
- Early Childhood qualification that is nationally approved by ACECQA
- Current relevant First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates as well as Child Protection training (or willing to obtain/refresh as required)
- Minimum of 3 years full-time, post qualification work experience as a Team Leader, or considerable experience as an Educator in an Early Childhood setting.
Lead Educator salary is
$73,150 plus Superannuation.
