  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet or exceed sales objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Monitor individual and team performance through regular reviews and provide coaching as needed.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand existing client accounts.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Organise training sessions to enhance the skills and product knowledge of team members.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports for senior management, analysing performance metrics.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring excellent service standards are upheld.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in a sales supervisory or managerial role within a relevant industry.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • A recognised qualification in Business Administration, Sales, or related fields is desirable.
