Leisure Centre Manager – All Square Sports (Cricket Centre) – CardiffLocation: Cardiff, UKJob Type: Full-time / PermanentSalary: Competitive (based on experience) + performance bonusesAbout UsAll Square Sports is a well-established cricket leisure centre in Cardiff, serving the local cricket community for over 5–10 years. The centre features professional cricket lanes, a cricket equipment shop, and a small café. We pride ourselves on being a hub for cricket players, coaches, and enthusiasts.We are now looking for a Leisure Centre Manager who can independently manage the entire facility – from lane bookings and coaching coordination to shop management, finances, and centre maintenance.⸻Key ResponsibilitiesAs this is a single-person role, you will be responsible for:

• Lane & Coaching Bookings: Manage online and walk-in lane bookings, coordinate coaching schedules with cricket coaches.

• Shop & Café Operations: Handle sales, stock management, and day-to-day running of the shop and café.

• Financial Management: Manage daily cash flows, collections, and basic accounts tracking.

• Centre Operations: Opening and closing the facility, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and ensuring all facilities are ready for use.

• Customer Service: Provide excellent service to players, parents, coaches, and visitors at all times.

• Marketing & Growth: Promote the centre locally to increase bookings and sales.

• Education: Master’s degree in Management or a related field (essential).

• Cricket Knowledge: Strong understanding of cricket, coaching requirements, and equipment needs (essential).

• Experience: Previous experience in sports management, leisure centres, or hospitality roles is highly desirable.

• Skills:

• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.

• Financial acumen for managing daily cash flows and sales.

• Customer service mindset and problem-solving skills.

• Personality: Proactive, hands-on, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
