• Maintain organized displays and stock levels to ensure a clean and inviting store environment
• Manage administrative tasks such as processing transactions, updating records, and handling returns or exchanges
• Utilize IT systems for inventory management, sales tracking, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and timely completion of tasks

• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence purchasing decisions positively
• Excellent communication skills in English to clearly convey product information and build rapport with customers
• Proven customer service experience with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Ability to drive confidently and safely when required for B2B sales or client visits
• Proficiency in IT systems relevant to retail operations and sales management
• Effective time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
• Knowledge of sales techniques specific to B2B (business-to-business) environments is a plus
