Key Responsibilities: -Perform a wide range of general maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, carpentry, and painting. - Manage repairs and maintenance in both residential and commercial properties. - Maintain a safe and clean work environment. - Provide excellent customer service by responding to client queries and addressing maintenance issues promptly. - Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards. - Must be able to speak/read fluent English. - be able to received and complete job electronically. Requirements: - Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. - Good communication skills and a positive attitude. - A valid driver’s license (preferred). - Relevant trade qualifications (preferred but not essential). - Eligible to work in New Zealand, or willing to relocate (we are an accredited employer and can assist with visa applications for overseas applicants). - Saturdays are a must-work day.
