Your Leadership Role
As a Leader At Greencross Roseville, You’ll
- Guide and mentor our talented veterinary and nursing team
- Champion best-practice, evidence-based medicine
- Foster a collaborative, positive, and supportive culture
- Drive clinical standards and innovation using state-of-the-art equipment (including new-generation digital radiology, advanced ultrasound with cardiac capabilities, and electrosurgical tools)
- Shape the future of our practice through input into protocols, workflow, and team development

Job Description
What We’re Looking For
- A veterinarian with leadership experience or strong leadership aspirations
- Minimum 4 year post-graduate small animal experience (more is welcome!)
- AVBC-accredited degree or equivalent (NAVLE, AVE, etc.)
- A collaborative, inspiring communicator who thrives on team success
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must be eligible for registration with the New South Wales Veterinary Surgeons Board.
