Requirements:

• Canadian citizen with English proficiency (IELTS/PTE)
• Active Licensed Physical Therapist
• Graduate of an accredited PT program
• Experience with geriatric patients preferred

Offer:

• $48–$55/hour + $10,000 sign-on bonus
• $5,000 relocation reimbursement
• TN Visa sponsorship (2 years, renewable) + EB-3 green card option
• Full support with licensing, credentialing, and immigration

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients and develop personalized rehab plans
• Improve patient mobility and monitor progress
• Educate patients on recovery stages
• Supervise PT assistants as needed
• Maintain confidentiality, safety, and compliance
• Collaborate with the care team
