UI/UX Designer

UX/UI Designers & Developer: Leads efforts to define, plan, and conduct user research throughout the SDLC, beginning in the Discovery phase. Responsibilities include creating research guides and iterative user research outputs, such as journey maps, personas, and other artifacts for design and development phases. The UX Designer uses tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, and InVision to create prototypes and iterative application flows based on user testing. The UI Developer transforms creative design concepts into reality using front-end technologies.
Key Requirements: - Expertise in conducting user research and producing deliverables like personas, journey maps, interview guides, mind maps, and research documents. - Expertise in using standard UX/UI software such as Sketch, InVision and Adobe XD to create intuitive prototypes driven the best practices around Human-Centered Design and in compliance with WCAG 2.X. - Expertise in using front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) to create responsive prototypes and collaborate on MVC projects or other design patterns.
Experience: 8+ years Technologies: HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript. Sketch, InVision and Adobe XD
