Our Palmerston North team is growing, and we are looking for an Associate Hand Therapist who is committed to adding value to patient care. We will provide you with the growth and tools you need to look after people the way they deserve to be taken care of – the Habit Health way.

Main responsibilities:
  • Determine appropriate treatment plans and solutions for rehabilitation services
  • Prepare clinical documentation / patient reports
  • Sound knowledge of ACC obligations, guidelines and policies
  • Utilise diary management software

The ideal candidate:
  • Degree / qualification in Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy
  • Current APC / Member of Hand Therapy NZ, PBNZ or OTNZ
  • Excellent interpersonal skills – you will be meeting lots of great people!
  • Open to candidates of all skill levels who wish to specialise in Hand Therapy

For Hand Therapists based overseas:
  • You must demonstrate some experience in upper limb rehabilitation
  • As an accredited employer we will provide assistance in the AEWV process
  • Support in gaining required registrations
  • Assistance in helping you settle into New Zealand
  • Contribution towards relocation cost
