Who we are looking for…
Finance Manager – Pensions Governance & Compliance
We are looking for someone to:
  • Develop, implement and maintain compliance policies, procedures, including with the requirements of The Pension Regulator
  • Provide training and guidance, including to elected councillors
  • Be the technical expert on governance matters
  • Stay updated on industry-specific regulations and best practice


The individual will have:
  • Good communications and written skills
  • A background in compliance and governance. Preferably related to the Local Government Pensions Scheme.
  • An ability to develop and nurture relationships
