As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring food safety standards are met, and delivering high-quality dishes that delight our guests.
Responsibilities- Supervise and manage kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations.
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
- Oversee food preparation processes to ensure quality and consistency in every dish served.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene within the kitchen at all times.
- Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as necessary.
- Train new kitchen staff on cooking techniques, safety protocols, and kitchen procedures.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
