Our ideal Restaurant Deputy GM will have:

• Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in the hospitality industry;
• Knowledge of food safety and health regulations;
• A passion for fresh, high-quality food and a commitment to excellent guest service;
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and engage a team;
• Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills;
• Financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, cost controls, and achieving targets;
• A hands-on, proactive approach and a focus on continuous improvement.
