As a Customer Service Representative, you will be a key point of contact for users, helping them access the information or services they need while delivering clear, empathetic, and solution-oriented communication.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-contact resolution to customer queries and ensure structured follow-up
Offer specialized customer support through written and phone communication
Build meaningful relationships with customers, responding in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner
Meet and exceed customer service quality standards, compliance regulations, and productivity targets
Deliver a high-quality customer experience that reflects company values
Follow management guidelines and actively contribute with feedback
Identify and understand customer needs to provide appropriate solutions
Verify and update necessary information to ensure smooth service delivery
Act as a liaison between users and internal teams
Profile
Fluent in one of the following languages Finnish, Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian (native or C2 level)
Advanced level of English (minimum C1), both written and verbal
Strong communication skills, including active listening and effective phone interaction
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Customer-oriented, empathetic, and proactive attitude
Willingness to learn, grow, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal (mandatory)
Based in Lisbon or willing to relocate (on-site role)
