We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse specializing in Dialysis to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in patient care and medical documentation, with a focus on providing high-quality care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment. This role requires a compassionate approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Looking for Registered Nurses and candidates with existing Asylum Pending, TPS, or DACA statuses and Canadian Nurses to apply! Visa / Green Card Visa Sponsorship is included as part of this position. Up to $3,000 relocation bonus. Only candidates with NCLEX and RN License in the US are eligible. Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients receiving dialysis treatment, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the process.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health status, including monitoring vital signs and evaluating responses to treatment.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, while educating patients and their families about the dialysis process and self-care techniques.
- Collaborate with nephrologists and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans tailored to each patient's needs.
- Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and report any malfunctions or concerns promptly.
- Stay current with medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and best practices in dialysis care.
Experience
- A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license is US or Canada.
- Previous experience in dialysis nursing or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of medical documentation practices and patient care protocols is essential.
- Excellent understanding of anatomy and physiology as it relates to renal function and dialysis treatment.
