We also welcome applications from candidates, with employer sponsorship considered for suitably qualified applicants who meet visa eligibility requirements.What You'll Be DoingAs Centre Director, you'll lead the overall operation of the service, ensuring excellence in education, compliance, team culture, and family engagement.You'll be responsible for:
  • Leading and inspiring a passionate team of educators.
  • Creating a positive, inclusive and high-performing centre culture.
  • Driving occupancy, recruitment and succession planning.
  • Coaching, mentoring and developing future leaders.
  • Managing budgets, agency spend and centre performance.
  • Building strong relationships with children, families and the local community.
  • Ensuring excellence across the National Quality Framework, EYLF and all legislative requirements.
  • Managing staffing and rosters to support quality outcomes and business needs.
  • Championing child safety and wellbeing in everything you do.

About YouYou'll be an experienced leader who enjoys empowering others and delivering outstanding outcomes.You'll have:
  • Previous experience as a Centre Director or in a comparable leadership role within Early Childhood Education.
  • Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved).
  • Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework, EYLF and relevant legislation.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A passion for mentoring and developing teams.
  • A current Blue Card (or ability to obtain).
  • Foundations of Child Safety Training (or willingness to complete).
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain).
  • Current Child Protection Training (or willingness to obtain).
