Position : SAP Test Lead – Exp in Greenfield Implementation Locaiton: Chicago, IL only local profiles Contract : C2C 4 days a week mandatory Direct client: Navistar Visa Status; GC, US Citizen, H1B GC-EAD, H4-EAD Mandatory Skills should be in resume Fiori-based FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM/EWM SAP Fiori design Greenfield SAP ImplementationJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced SAP Test Lead to manage and coordinate all testing activities for a Greenfield SAP Implementation. The ideal candidate will possess deep SAP knowledge across modules and Fiori applications, strong test management skills, and prior experience in establishing a testing strategy and governance framework from the ground up.________________________________________Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the end-to-end SAP testing strategy, including Fiori-based user interfaces.

• Establish test plans, test scenarios, and test cases covering functional, integration, UAT, regression, and cutover testing.

• Coordinate with SAP functional consultants, Fiori developers, business process owners, and project managers to gather comprehensive testing requirements.

• Lead test preparation, execution, Fiori UX testing, defect management, and closure activities.

• Manage test teams (onshore/offshore), allocate resources, and track progress using tools such as SAP Solution Manager, HP ALM, qTest, or JIRA.

• Ensure full coverage of SAP Fiori apps, verifying roles, access, navigation, responsiveness, and cross-device compatibility.

• Oversee test data management and coordinate test environment readiness.

• Implement best practices for SAP test automation (e.g., Tricentis Tosca, Worksoft Certify) with a focus on Fiori applications where applicable.

• Ensure compliance with project governance, QA standards, and risk mitigation processes.

• Provide test execution metrics, dashboards, and stakeholder reporting.

• Coordinate UAT execution, including Fiori-based workflows and business scenarios.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.

• 8+ years of SAP testing experience, including 3+ years in a lead role.

• At least 1 full lifecycle greenfield S/4HANA implementation experience.

• Experience testing SAP Fiori applications, including usability, performance, and device compatibility.

• Strong understanding of core SAP modules: FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM/EWM, HR, or SuccessFactors.

• Hands-on experience with SAP Solution Manager, Fiori Launchpad, and test management tools such as HP ALM, qTest, or JIRA.

• Familiarity with SAP Fiori design principles, tiles, apps, and role-based access.

• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
