What You’ll Do- Assist the Head Chef in daily operations, prep, and plating
- Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
- Contribute creative ideas to seasonal menus and specials
- Train and mentor junior staff, fostering a positive team environment
- Manage inventory, stock control, and kitchen efficiency
- Maintain a safe, clean kitchen in line with food safety standards
What We Need- 2–3 years’ experience as a Sous Chef or senior Chef de Partie in a busy café/restaurant
- Cert III/IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a team-first mindset
- Ability to thrive under pressure while keeping standards high
- A passion for local ingredients and memorable dining experiences
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
