About the RoleWe are currently looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Signwriter to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in creating high-quality signage from concept through to completion. You will be responsible for all facets of sign production, including design, fabrication, vinyl cutting, digital printing, painting, CNC routing, application, and on-site installation.As part of a collaborative and professional environment, you will produce a wide variety of signage across multiple formats and materials, servicing clients in retail, commercial, corporate, vehicle, construction, and event sectors. Key Responsibilities

• Design & Layout: Interpret client briefs and design files using software such as Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW
• Printing & Cutting: Operate and maintain wide-format digital printers, laminators, and vinyl cutters
• Fabrication: Work with materials such as acrylic, aluminium, corflute, ACM, timber, vinyl, and LED systems to construct signs
• Vinyl Application: Weed, tape, and apply self-adhesive vinyl to various substrates including windows, panels, walls, and vehicles
• CNC Routing & Laser Cutting: Use routers or laser cutters for custom shaping and engraving of signage components
• Painting & Finishing: Perform basic spray painting or brushwork and assemble signage with clean, professional finishes
• Installation: Install signs on-site including building fascia, pylon, window graphics, vehicle wraps, wall murals, wayfinding systems, and illuminated signs
• Maintenance & Repairs: Carry out signage servicing, replacements, and touch-ups when required
• Ensure all work meets branding specifications, safety standards, and deadlines

What You’ll Bring

• Proven hands-on experience across the full signwriting process
• Strong knowledge of signage materials, adhesives, tools, and finishing techniques
• Proficiency with signage software and production equipment
• Comfortable working at heights and with access equipment (EWP licence desirable)
• Keen attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to follow safety procedures and manage job sites
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Valid driver’s licence (manual preferred)
