Summary: The main function of a marketing manager is to lead the research market conditions in local, regional, or national areas to determine potential sales of a product or service. A typical marketing manager is responsible for gathering information on competitors and methods of marketing and distribution.
RESPONSIBILITIES - Support day-to-day community management across social platforms, including monitoring conversations, responding to followers, and escalating issues as needed
- Collaborate with the Community Management Lead to execute community engagement strategies and uphold brand voice
- Create and edit engaging social content (static, video, stories, Reels/TikToks, etc.)
- Partner with the Content Creation Lead to bring campaign ideas to life, ensuring alignment with tone, aesthetic, and platform-specific best practices
- Stay up to date on social media trends, pop culture moments, and emerging platforms
- Contribute to content calendar planning, copywriting, and post-production editing
- Help maintain social media security practices, platform hygiene, and password protocols
Education/ Qualifications - 6 years of professional experience in social media marketing, with hands-on experience in both community management and content creation
- Proficient in social tools (e.g., Sprinklr or native platform tools)
- Skilled in editing software (e.g., Adobe Express, CapCut, or Premiere)
- Deep understanding of social media culture, tone, and emerging trends
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
