As a Sr. Product Manager - Technical, you will lead the development of consumer-focused product strategy and vision, manage product roadmaps, and collaborate with engineering teams to deliver innovative software products for Amazon Devices. Responsibilities: • Lead the development of the consumer-focused product strategy and vision supported by internal and external analysis • Define creative, high quality, simple product roadmaps based on customer learnings, team strategy and vision • Develop detailed, crisp business requirements and user stories that can be used to create product specifications and software architecture, based on knowledge of customers, devices business and supply chain processes. • Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, performance and operational support load • Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners • Partner with engineering teams and program management to deliver products • Drive product launches including working with stakeholders and executives • Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team’s ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals Qualifications: Required: • Bachelor's degree • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product • Experience managing technical products or online services • Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning Preferred: • Experience in Reverse Supply Chain software systems development • Experience in Planning and Forecasting, including the application of models to refine accuracy Company: Amazon is a tech firm with a focus on e-commerce, cloud computing, digital streaming, and artificial intelligence.
