Education Sales Representative (Chinese Bilingual)

• Develop Strategic Sales Plans: Create and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company growth targets and objectives.
• Prospect and Build Relationships: Aggressively identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
• Lead Qualification and Conversion: Manage and qualify incoming leads, converting interested prospects into long-term clients.
• Portfolio Development: Build a robust portfolio through personal networking, prospecting, and collaboration with the marketing team to target specific users and use cases.
• Event Planning and Facilitation: Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, and promotional events to engage current and prospective students.
• Digital Marketing and Engagement: Utilize social media platforms (WeChat, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and other digital tools to generate leads, communicate with clients, and enhance the company's online presence.
• Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to adjust strategies and offerings effectively.
• Client Relationship Management: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by maintaining strong communication and delivering exceptional service.
